Return Procedure:

- Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving the product. After this period, customers are not eligible for refunds or returns in any condition.
- We only accept returns for wrong or defective products. Terms and conditions apply.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide the following proofs:
- Unboxing Video: A video of the unboxing process showing the package being opened and the product inside.
- Received Product Image: Clear images of the received product highlighting any damage or defects.
- Post Shipped Image: A picture of the parcel in its current condition after being shipped.
- Label Image: A picture of the shipping label displaying all relevant information.
Refund Policy:
- We do not offer refunds; instead, we provide store credit or exchange for eligible returns.
- Store Credit: You will receive a coupon code of the same amount as your returned product, which you can use to purchase any item from our website.
- Exchange: We offer exchanges for products of the same or different amounts. Any price difference must be settled by the customer.
Return Terms:
- The original packaging and tags must be intact for the returned product to be accepted.
- Sarees with fall and edging cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Products purchased during a sale are non-refundable.
- We allow only one-time replacement or return per order.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse. Cancellation charges may apply.
Return Process:
- Customers are responsible for shipping the return parcel to our warehouse address: M4-2nd Floor , Signature Global Park 2&3 , Sohna , Gurugram
- Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo quality checks before processing your request.
